Usable outdoor space in Dubai starts with shade, orientation and air movement. Structures, screens and tree positions are planned for the hours the space will actually be used.
Levels, falls and drainage resolved early
Paving that ponds, thresholds that flood and pool coping that drains the wrong way are level-setting failures, not finishing failures. Falls are set before any paving is ordered.
Plant rooms and maintenance access designed in
Pool and irrigation plant needs ventilation, drainage and room to work. Locating it properly at design stage avoids permanently awkward servicing.

Usually yes, subject to plot space, setbacks, access for plant and equipment, drainage and the relevant approvals. The main constraints are access for excavation, the location of existing services, and where the pool plant can be housed.
Pools need regular water treatment, filtration servicing and periodic attention to finishes. Irrigation needs seasonal adjustment and filter cleaning. Planting needs an establishment period with more water and care than its long-term regime. Handover includes the operating information for each.
Yes. Where a landscape designer is already appointed we build to their design and coordinate the technical interfaces: levels, drainage, waterproofing, structure and services.
