A complete villa package covers design, engineering coordination, authority approvals, substructure and superstructure, the building envelope, mechanical and electrical installation, interior fit-out, and external works such as pool, landscape, driveway and boundary walls. It ends with testing, commissioning, snagging and handover documentation.
Programme depends on plot conditions, built-up area, the approvals route and the level of bespoke joinery and stone. Design and approvals typically run in parallel with early procurement. We will not quote a single fixed duration for every villa: a realistic programme is built for your specific scope once the design is defined.
Yes. Villa renovation and remodelling is a substantial part of our work, including layout reconfiguration, extensions, facade improvement and full interior replacement. Renovation carries different risks from new build, principally existing structure, existing services and unknown conditions, and we survey before committing to a scope.
Yes. Smart home, lighting control, security and audio-visual infrastructure are coordinated with the electrical first fix and the ceiling and joinery details, so cabling, speaker positions and control panels are planned rather than retro-fitted.
