What This Service Is

An interior fit-out turns a built shell or an existing interior into a finished, serviced, usable space. It covers partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, stone, mechanical and electrical works, lighting, sanitary and loose items, and the coordination that makes them align.

Delivery Approach

How We Deliver It.

Three practices that make the most difference to the outcome on this type of work.

  1. Setting out before installation

Joinery, tile and stone layouts are set out against structural reality rather than the drawing, so joints, reveals and centre lines land where they were designed to.

  2. Mock-ups where the risk justifies them

For book-matched stone, feature joinery or unusual junctions, a sample or mock-up is produced and approved before the full order is released.

  3. Services planned to the ceiling detail

Sprinkler heads, diffusers, detectors, speakers and light fittings are coordinated onto one reflected ceiling plan, which is what prevents the cluttered ceilings that undermine otherwise good interiors.

An interior fit-out typically includes partitions and ceilings, flooring, bespoke joinery, stone and tiling, decoration, mechanical and electrical installation, lighting, sanitary fittings, glazing and ironmongery, followed by testing, snagging and handover.
